- This document replaces the original Combined Synopsis and Solicitation document posted 03MAY2018 and Attachments 0010 and 0013. Interested vendors are required to complete this document in accordance with the instructions provided in the latest version of the Combined Synopsis and Solicitation document. Attachment 0015 replaces Attachments 0002 and 0011. Interested vendors must sign and submit solicitation Amendment 0004 with their proposal package. On 07AUG2018, Amendment (i.e. Attachment 0014) and corresponding Attachments 0015-0016 have been incorporated into solicitation W52P1J-18-R-FUEL. Interested vendors are required to sign and submit Amendment 0004 with their proposal package. The proposal submission deadline has been extended until 3:00 p.m. central time on Tuesday, August 14, 2018.
