NOUN: HOSE ASSEMBLY, NONMETALLIC, PRON: D18B0351D1, NSN: 4720-01-452-8658, PN: 13213262-2, Five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ); Maximum Quantity 375, Minimum Buy Quantity 10, applicable to the PATRIOT Missile System (D6). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to SU W0MC Army General Supply DLA Distribution Red River, Highway 82 West, Texarkana, TX, 75507-5000. Required delivery with 1st Article Testing delivery to XR W1DF Aviation-Missile RDEC, BLDG 5400 Lindner RD, West Sela Wing High Bay, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000 in 360 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Eaton Corporation CAGE Code: 00624 and Lockheed Martin Corporation CAGE Code: 64059. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisitio from other sources, nor qualification testing or another part nor use of a second source part in the intended application. No Technical Data Packages will be mailed out, all offerors shall be registered in FBO and Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
