- Amendment 02 Summary AMENDMENT: The Purpose of this Amendment is to: • Update the Statement of Work (SOW) 3.1. General... The contractor shall deliver a configuration that has undergone and received USN approval for qualification in accordance with USN qualification requirements and standards to achieve Final Type Qualification (FTQ), Final Hazard Classification (FHC), and Full Operation Capability (FOC) of the cartridge per Naval Sea Systems Command Instruction (NAVSEAINST) 8020.5C and NAVSEAINST 8020.8C. Tests shall be conducted in accordance with NSWCDD MP-18/06, 57-mm HE-PD Cartridge Qualification Test Plan; • Delete "The Offeror, if currently executing a qualification effort, shall not commence production in response to this solicitation prior to completion and approval of all qualification activities and finalization of the qualified design", from Section L: Volume II - Schedule; and • Provide the statement, Section 6 of WS3805 is not binding and for information purposes only as stated. Section 6 of WS3805 - Notes "This section contains information of a general or explanatory nature that may be helpful, but is not mandatory". See attached Amendment
