Offerors must complete this request form, provide information required and email to Contracting Officer at amy.heusser@gsa.gov Amendment No. AMEND 001, SF 30 SBU (Sensitive But Unclassified) and Fitness Determination Policy and Procedures - GSA SBU, Security Policy and Procedures Scope of Work Reconfigure Courtroom 3 US Department of Labor, Construction Wage Determination dated 8/3/2018 Representations and Certifications. This document must be completed by Offeror and included in Offeror's proposal package. Agreement EQ10PCB-1-18-0069. This document will become a part of the contract award package. Solicitation EQ10PCB-1-18-0069. This document was revised with Amendment No. AMEND001 to change the time of the site visit. This is the correct solicitation document. SF1442 EQ10PCB-1-18-0069 'Solicitation, Offer and Award' document. This document must be completed and returned with proposal. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ORIGINAL POST JULY 16, 2018 GSA has a requirement to reconfigure a Courtroom in the New Anchorage, Alaska Federal Building and US Courthouse FAR 52.219-3 Notice of Total HUB Zone Set Aside is applicable to this solicitation. Magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on approximately 7/31/2018. END OF PRESOLICITATION NOTICE SOLICITATION NOTICE ORIGINAL POST JULY 31, 2018 Reconfigure Courtroom 3 in the New Anchorage, Alaska Federal Building and US Courthouse A Price Proposal and a Technical Proposal are required with offer. FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee is applicable FAR 52.228-15 Performance and Payment Bonds Construction, is applicable (after contract award) Liquidated damages are not applicable to the contract. US Department of Labor, Construction Wage Determination is applicable and is attached. Pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for August 14, 2018 at 1:00 PM, Alaska Time. See pages 5-6 of solicitation document for information regarding attending the site visit. Questions concerning this solicitation are to be emailed to the Contracting Officer ( amy.heusser@gsa.gov ). Cut-off date for questions is August 29, 2018 at 3:00 PM, Alaska Time. Offers with bid guarantee, SF1442, technical proposal, and price proposal are due September 10, 2018 at 1:00 PM Alaska Time to the Contracting Officer. (See SF1442 form) END OF SOLICITATION NOTICE AMENDMENT NO. AMEND 001 ORIGINAL POST 8/6/2018 This Amendment removes pdf drawing attachments from this website and solicitation. The drawings are considered Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) documents. See instructions included in this amendment to obtain SBU documents. This Amendment changes the time of the site visit to 1:00 PM on August 14, 2018. A revised solicitation document is posted, changing the time of the site visit. This Amendment incorporates the current US Department of Labor, Construction Wage Determination into the solicitation. The due date for offers remains unchanged. END OF AMENDMENT NO.
