- Amendment No. 2 - Solicitation # CC-ISRO007-19 The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 1 to the Prospectus soliciting proposals for the award of a Concession Contract to provide Ferry Transportation Service at Isle Royale National Park on June 7, 2018. The Prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the Concession Contract. The Director has determined that a Preferred Offeror for this Draft Contract exists pursuant to the terms of 36 C.F.R. Part 51. Amendment No. 2 provides a CORRECTED Appendix B Proposal Package Forms which corrects the years of the Income Statement Form, Operating Assumptions Form, and the Cash Flow Statement Form. The Service will not conduct a site visit because there are no Park facilities associated with the Draft Contract. The Proposal Instructions contain information regarding submitting questions to the Service about this Prospectus and the Draft Contract. Any proposal, including that of the existing concessioner, must be received by Julie Gregg-Bubac, Commercial Services Management Specialist, Midwest Region, National Park Service, 601 Riverfront Drive, Omaha, Nebraska 68102 by 4:30 p.m. Central Time on September 25, 2018, in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the Concession Contract. The Prospectus is available at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/concessions/ISRO007-19.htm Hard copies are available upon request for a printing cost recovery charge. The fee is $35.00 per copy to be delivered via express delivery or $30.00 per copy if picked up in person. Persons interested in obtaining a Prospectus should mail, or bring in person, a check or money order made payable to the NPS. (Cash or credit cards are not accepted.)
