- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3, Bloomington, MN intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to the International Crane Foundation, Inc., Baraboo. WI. This requirement is for the intense monitoring of Whooping and Sandhill Crane colts to analyze data and provide actional management recommendations. The International Crane Foundation has the existing infrastructure in both the staff required to administer these services, as well as available and trained technicians to perform the monitoring. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541620. The size standard is $15.0 Million. This procurement is a sole source requirement and is not a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
