- Neurophysiological monitoring Equipment and trained operator tech Solicitation Synopsis Equipment and trained operator/technologist to perform neurophysiological monitoring services on patients Non Personal Services (W81K00-18-Q-0193) The Southern Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for equipment and trained operator/technologist to perform neurophysiological monitoring on patients of William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) (also known as the military treatment facility (MTF)) which is located at 5005 North Piedras Street, El Paso, TX. The base period of performance is on or about 1 Oct 2018 through 30 September 2019, plus four (4) twelve-month The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 622110, General Medical and Surgical Hospitals. The solicitation number is W81K00-18-Q-0193. The solicitation will be available on/07 August 2018 on FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management database (www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Award will be made on or the last week of Septmeber Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
