Description: The Operations Research Department at the Naval Postgraduate School has a Sole Source requirement, to be provided by BIOPAC SYSTEMS INC, for the BIOPAC MP160 system that will be used in conjunction with the NIBP100D (non-invasive blood pressure system) and the B-Alert X10 system. Together the safety monitoring systems allow for the concurrent assessment of both cognitive function and physiological stress under real and simulated operational conditions.
