- The Government intends to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for fresh fruit and vegetables to be provided to Department of Defense (DOD) customers located in Hawaii for a period of performance of 5 years. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government will award to the responsible offeror who conforms to the solicitation terms. Offers shall be received on or before the deadline of Friday, September 7, 3018 at 8:00 AM HST, via email.
