- Description
- This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to the Agricultural Cleaning and Inspection at the Port of Constanta. The US Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the US Government. The 409th Contracting Support Brigade is exploring options for Contractorperformance of non-personal services, consisting of equipment and maintenance of, for the Agricultural Inspection Cleaning Requirements to include but not limited to equipment rental, delivery, servicing and removal at completion of contract. Specific Tasks required for performance under this contract can be found in Part 5 of the attached PWS.
