- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to negotiate a sole-source commercial item purchase order for the renewal of STAR-CCM+ licenses with SIEMENS Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc., Digital Factory Division, Product Lifecycle Management located at 5608 Harrison Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45248 USA. STAR-CCM+ licenses are proprietary to and exclusively available from SIEMENS. The NRC intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for a period of one year.
