- Amendment 0001 Amendment 0001: The purpose of this Amendment is to increase the total number of CLS Pressure Sensing Hose Assemblies Units from twenty-two (22) to thiry-one (31). The required response date and time is herby changed from 03 July 2018 to 15 August 2018 02:00 PM EST This is a synopsis for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13.105 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a Brand Name basis, no substitutions allowed, as specified in the attached Brand Name Specification. CLIN Quantity Part Number/Drawing Description 0001 31 Adel Wiggins' P/N 5164 (JCM-14169-003) CLS Pressure Sensing Hose Assemblies This procurement is for items that are proprietary to Adel-Wiggins Group, which is the sole owner and developer. As specified in the attached brand name justification, this requirement will be awarded to Adel-Wiggins Group, or an approved reseller. This action is being processed as Brand Name basis, no substitutions allowed to Adel-Wiggins Group and its resellers. The NUWCDIVNPT Office for Small Business Programs concurs with the determination. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 332912. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 Employees. The Government's anticipated CLIN structure is as follows: CLIN 0001: CLS Pressure Sensing Hose Assemblies; Quantity 31 EACH CLIN 0002: Data (Not separately priced); Quantity 1 LOT The anticipated delivery schedule is as follows.
