- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology, Enterprise Program Management Office has a requirement for brand name or equal ForeSee Results, Incorporated (ForeSee) customer survey analytics software licenses, maintenance and technical support. The software maintenance support shall include periodic updates, enhancements, and corrections to software and the technical support shall include application updates, unlimited access to analytics data provided by the tool, face-to-face and telephone triage workflows, unlimited web-based training, and monthly quality assurance meetings. The period of performance for this procurement is 12 months from date of award with one 12-month option period. The solicitation number for this effort is 36C10B18Q3054. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541511 with a corresponding small business size standard of $27.5M. Failure to list all requirements in their entirety in an Offeror s quote will result in a noncompliant quote. 3. Offerors must submit a quote on an all or none basis.
