- Marine Corps Installations East Contracting Office has a requirement for Weapons Training Battalioon at Camp Lejeune, NC for All Weather Targets. The Government will solicit (M67001-18-Q-1298) and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the lowest price technically acceptable to the government. Award will be issued on a firm-fixed purchase order on an all or none basis. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339920, Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing, business size standard is 750 employees. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at Federal Business Opportunities, www.FBO.gov, on or about 9 August 2018. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database, http://www.sam.gov/ and agree to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance, and Property Transfer (iRAPT, formerly WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil/. All responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.0. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote approximately 7 business days after closing of response period. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The Government is not responsible for cost incurred by interested parties in response to the Synopsis or RFQ.
