Ft. (ABOA): 12,622 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,622 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 32 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Secured and Reserved): 0 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Surface and Reserved): 32 parking spaces Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: •· All space shall be contiguous and preferably on the second floor or higher. •· Space on the first floor shall be considered only when no other space is available or if deemed appropriate by the Tenant. •· Additional security requirements shall be required of the first floor space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
