- Request for Quotation and Attachments. The contractor is to demolish the existing stairs and install new concrete stairs and perform associated work located at Building 66D and near Building 32 at the Defense Suppy Center Richmond, VA. This should be considered to be a design-build project. All work should be completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work identifed as Attachment No. 1; and, Attachments 2-4 are applicable to this requirement. The Wage Determination is included and is identified as Attachment No. 4. A Site Visit is recommended. Contact Roman Ogryzko at 804-279-1808 to shedule the visit. NOTE: WITHIN 10 DAYS OF CONTRACT AWARD THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SITE SPECIFIC SAFETY PLAN TO THE PROJECT MANAGER. THIS REQUIREMENT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
