- Description
- This requirement is for Direct Procurement Method (DPM) services for packing, crating, containerization, delivery, and local moves of personal property shipments of DOD personnel stationed in Spain and Portugal. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the preparation of the personal property of Department of Defense (DOD) personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the DPM scope of work. Work to be performed will be those services in the Schedules awarded to the contractor as outlined in individual Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) items. Additional information can be found in the Defense Transportation Regulation 4500.9-R, Part IV, http://www.transcom.mil/dtr/dtrp4.cfm Appendices: This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract with firm-fixed-price exhibit line items. Performance will take place in Spain and Portugal. The ordering period for this contract is 1 August 2018 through 31 July 2023. Solicitation N68171-18-Q-6033 was issued through EuroNECO on 8 June 2018. In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12) the Government did not issue a pre-solicitation synopsis, as the requirement will be performed outside the United States and its outlying areas and only local sources were solicited.
