- This Notice is to inform the public about the Public Bid Opening scheduled for 10:00 AM ET August 29, 2018 at 600 Army Navy Drive, 8 th Floor, Arlington, VA 22202. This Public Bid Opening is being conducted as Step two in the Two-Step Sealed Bidding process previously announced at FBO.gov under solicitation number 15DDHQ18R00000016 for Ballistic Body Armor (Vests). Interested parties must register 48-hours in advance with Nancy Costello at nancy.a.costello@usdoj.gov. Attendees must arrive at the Security Desk in the front lobby at least 45 minutes prior to bid opening to allow sufficient time to process through required security checkpoints. Attendees must be escorted to and from the bid opening room. Bid Opening will begin promptly at 10:00 AM utilizing the time posted on the Bid Opening Official’s cell phone; no one will be allowed to enter the bid opening room after 10:00 AM.
