- Performance Work Statement (PWS) for MEFPAK & ECME Management Operations Functional and Technical Support Sources Sought Notice for MEFPAK & ECME Management Operations Functional and Technical Support The United States Air Force, 763d Specialized Contracting Squadron (763 SCONS) is seeking sources for the contemplated contract for the Air Mobility Command (AMC)/Surgeon General (SG) Medical Readiness/Logistics Program Support requirement.
