Description: This notice is issued to inform all potential candidates to provide proposals at this time for the Create Clinical Space Bldg. 18 Project. The Veterans Integrated Service Network #04 (VISN 04) Contracting Office / Erie Veteran Administration Medical Center issues the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) and intends to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for Construction Services related to the construction of the Create Clinical Space Building 18 project located at the Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042. All construction must be in compliance with applicable codes, VA policy/standards, and the terms of this solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor shall provide all tools, travel, trades, labor, materials, permits, licenses and supervision for construction of the Create Clinical Space Building 18 project as indicated in drawings and specifications. Work includes all demolition, general construction and alterations work necessary to provide the new Behavioral Health Clinic as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Proposals are due 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on September 06, 2018 in accordance with the attached solicitation. A Site Visit is planned for Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 10:00 am EST. Meeting will be held in Building 18 -- Room 417. This project is being solicited as a TOTAL 100 % SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220, with a small business size standard of $36.5 million in annual receipts for the past three years. The Magnitude of Construction cost is between $2,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
