Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Ipro Tech, LLC, 1700 N Desert Dr., Suite 101, Tempe, AZ 85281-1228, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Office of the Comptroller has a requirement for annual maintenance and support for Ipro Tech's proprietary eCapture 5 license bundle. eCapture is an essential tool that is used for processing data for use in Summation. eCapture is a fully automated electronic evidence processing solution designed to perform electronic discovery, processing, and production tasks quickly and accurately. It controls large, complex data sets quickly by using eCapture to discover hundreds of different electronic file types in one application. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within five days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
