If you have any questions or concerns, please provide them in writing to jason.call2@va.gov Equipment being ordered: Two commercial grade treadmills One commercial grade elliptical One commercial grade adjustable weight bench Transaction number: 678-18-4-071-0354 Please provide the following information clearly and precisely. The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System is looking to procure two commercial grade treadmills, one commercial grade elliptical, one commercial grade adjustable weight bench; their intention is to replace fitness equipment that no longer works. A list of salient characteristics is provided to discern whether your product can meet the needs of the facility requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 339920 Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing. Small Business manufacturers for this NAICS code have a size standard of 750 employees. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price order. The term of the contract is intended to be 30 calendar days ARO, with no options included. It is anticipated that a Request for Quotes will be issued August 16, 2018. Award of a firm fixed price contract is contemplated by August 31, 2018. This notice is published to conduct market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Businesses (SB), or Large Businesses capable of performing the requirements to warrant a socio-economic set-aside Interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall submit the following information at a minimum: (1) company name and address, point of contact with phone number, and DUNS number; (2) list items to offer as open market or Federal Supply Schedule with contract number; (3) socio-economic status with proof of registration in the VA Vet Biz if SD/VOSB. Equipment will be accepted once set up and all functions are visibly displayed. The hallways will allow for bulk items to be moved but they will need to be escorted to the area as it is secured for authorized staff only.
