- This solicitation is hereby modified to exand the area for interested vendors from a 50 mile radius to an 80 mile radius around Fletcher, NC. The solicitation end-date remains unchanged at August 24, 2018, 11:59 pm Eastern. The Statement of Work (SOW) has been revised to reflect this change as well: Fletcher, NC Statement of Work (SOW) was revised to expand the area for interested vendors from a 50 mile radius to an 80 mile radius around Fletcher, NC. No other changes to the SOW or to the solicitation have been made. Complete offers must be submitted by the solicitation's end date/time of Friday, August 24, 2018, at 11:59 pm Eastern. No other changes have been made.
