36C25018Q9484 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Clinical Access Station The Department of Veterans Affairs, The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and VAAR 819.7007, Sole source awards to Service disabled Veteran-owned small business concerns. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with GlobalMedia Group, LLC, 15020 North 74th Street, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, for a Clinical Access Station. GlobalMed ClinicalAccess ®  Stations innovative modular design delivers a telemedicine station, configurable to accommodate a wide array of examination capabilities. With integrated video conferencing software and connected medical devices, the 3ClinicalAccess Station delivers secure and quality healthcare solutions for your clinic or hospital. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Friday, August 17, 2018 at 5PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.  All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.   A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
