- Sole Source J&A for T3 Technologies. NOTICE OF AWARD, SOLE SOURCE: AFSC/PZIOB, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma awarded a sole source purchase order to R & S Holdings and Management LLC, doing business as T3 Technologies, on 7 August 2018. As a result of this award, T3 Technologies will be providing the FlexES licensed tServer. This procurement of the FLEX-ES licensed tServer is to allow the AWACS to provide E-3 Airborne Operations Computer Program (AOCP) mission replays, data reduction, and Removable Media Assembly (RMA) updates in a deployed environment. This purchase has been made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 24 Aug 18 at 12 PM Central Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether this procurement can be competed. The closing date for this notice is 24 Aug 18 at 12 PM Central Standard Time.
