Description

Description with periods of performance. It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) on behalf of the Center for Information Technology (CIT), Acquisition Planning and Management (APMG), to procure GeneXplain software on a sole source basis from GeneXplain GmbH. Specifically, PROTEOME, TRANSFAC Professional and optional dedicated instance in Amazon Professional databases with GeneXplain analysis software will be purchased. Companies capable of providing the software listed above can provide a quote that will be reviewed and considered for award. This sole source announcement will be used as a Request for Quotation to any company capable of providing the software stated above. Questions for this requirement can be submitted to Derek Bowks, Contract Specialist, via email only at derek.bowks@nih.gov. Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. EST on August 16, 2018. Responses shall be sent via email to derek.bowks@nih.gov.
