Description

The purpose of modificaiton 0001 is to provide submitted questions and responses and to extend the submission deadline. Questions and Responses: Q1. Is there a defined stage (A)? R1. Item A describes the system in general with the specifics for each component in items B-H. Q2. Stage (E) has a required goniometer or tip stage. If it is not possible to offer a stage with a 25.4mm through hole, would it be acceptable to provide a rotary in its place that would be mounted on its side and a customer made bracket with appropriate hole size? R2. Stage E (Sample Manipulation Tilt) MUST be a tilt/goniometer. A side mounted rotation stage would interfere with putting a sample in position, thus it would not be technically acceptable. Q3. Is it possible to extend the delivery requirement from 12 weeks ARO to 4-5 months ARO? R3. No. The latest the delivery requirement is able to be extended to is no later than 14 weeks ARO. The submission deadline/response date is hereby changed as follows: FROM: July 26, 2018, 12:00pm EST TO: August 15, 2018, 12:00pm EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full effect.
