- Combined Synopsis Performance Work Statement This is a non-personnel services contract to provide a 9 day workshop (8:00a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) once per year for a total of five years instructing Northern Warfare Training Center (NWTC) participants on Wilderness First Responder tasks with the intent of certification. These training sessions will be located at NWTC BLDG 1063 Fort Wainwright, Alaska at the availability of the Contractor on or around September 3, 2018. The requirement will be attended by 12 participants. The Contractor is responsible for providing all training materials and services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. At the conclusion of the Wilderness First Responder training, the participants shall know a variety of techniques and tips which will enhance their abilities to conduct thorough physical exams, obtain patient history, assess vital signs, provide emergency care in the wilderness, and make crucial evacuation decisions.
