- Construct New Tactical Air Navigation (TACON) Shelter (PDPG 17-0103), March ARB CA NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS UNDER A CONTRACT. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER RFP CLOSING, WITH NO OBLIGATION TO THE OFFEROR BY THE GOVERNMENT. This acquisition is total small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 236220 with a size standard of $36,500,000. The magnitude of construction is between $100.00 and $250,000.00. Contract period of performance is 200 calendar days. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using procedures in FAR 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 14-Sealed Bidding and FAR-36 Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and FAR 52.204-7, entitled "System for Award Management", Prospective contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Recommend registering immediately at https://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for a timely award.
