Description

The Department of Veterans SAO Central, Network Contracting Office 10, located at 3140 Governor s Place Blvd., Suite 210, Kettering, OH 45409 intends to enter into a sole source purchase order agreement with CACI, 124 Robert Hall Court, Unit 103, Chesapeake, VA 23324. This is a FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) sole source procurement made under the authority of Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 41 USC 3304(a)(1). It is the Government s belief a sole source award to the proposed candidate for the installation and configuration of the eCareManager Software Solution provides the best value to the Government. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services and the Business Size Standard is $27.5M. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation documents are available at this time. Interested parties may give written notice to Stacy.Massey@va.gov by 3:00pm e.s.t. on August 15, 2018. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Inquiries shall be emailed to Stacy.Massey@va.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. See attached document: Brand Name Only J&A.
