- The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL, has a requirement for development and sustainment of training solutions in the form of an Advanced Computer-based Training System (ACTS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. NOTE: Overviews of the ACTS requirement were presented as part of both the 2017 Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) and the 2018 Training and Simulation Industry Symposium. The following documents are being posted for your review: - DRAFT ACTS IDIQ Statement of Work (SOW) - DRAFT Delivery Order 1 (DO1) VIRGINIA (VA) class submarine ™s Internal Countermeasures Launcher (ICL) SOW - DRAFT DO1 VA ICL Performance Specification No submissions or proposals are requested nor will any potential offeror documents be reviewed at this time. This is not a call for questions or inquiries. Do not submit emails or call regarding the content of these DRAFT documents. Proposal preparation should not begin based upon these DRAFT documents. The Government intends to post a DRAFT request for proposals for the Advanced Computer-based Training System (ACTS) Requirement as soon as possible. The anticipated RFP number is N6134019R1203; response information and relevant documentation will be contained therein.
