- This SOURCES SOUGHT Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Direct Delivery Fuels Into-Plane. The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT is to identify qualified Small Manufacturers/Refineries that are capable of supplying product via vendors for the fuels requirement for Direct Delivery Fuels Into-Plane. Small Manufacturers/Refineries are defined as refineries that produce less than 200, 000 Barrels per Calendar Day and have 1500 employees or less. This SOURCES SOUGHT covers the 2.3 South fuels requirement for Into-Plane in the States of: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.
