- Attachment C - Invoice Instructions Attachment B - Non-Disclosure Agreement Attachment A - Statement of Work Examine the Ecosystem of Title IV Health Care Entities The purpose of this requirement is to investigate the ecosystem of Title IV health care entities to understand how different policies, programs, and the prevalent ethos in health care industry affects adverse action reports submitted to the NPDB. This study shall produce actionable information that can be used to inform recommendations for encouraging Title IV entities to perform peer review and fulfill their statutorily mandated obligation of reporting to the NPDB. In addition, this study shall provide evidence that can be used in the discussion and impetus for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to be included in the requirements of hospital querying and reporting to the NPDB. The results will lead to better and more complete NPDB data, which is directly relevant to patient safety and quality care.
