- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - W91ZLK-18-T-0040 - Lynx Rack & Tunnel Washers COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W91ZLK-18-T-0040 Lynx Rack & Tunnel Washers This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99. The solicitation number for this request for proposal (RFP) is W91ZLK-17-T-0040. This requirement is under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, and the Small Business Size Standard $7.5M. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price in accordance with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This procurement will be evaluated as the lowest price technically acceptable, for the procurement of the following services/materials. Preventative Maintenance on-site visits, at the ), Research and Technology (R&T) Directorate of the Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC), Veterinary Services Team (VST), Research and Technology (R&T) Directorate of ECBC, for 2 - MTP 2100 Series Rack Washer 1 - Lynx Series Tunnel, cage, and Utensil Washer on Aberdeen Proving Ground Edgewood Area.
