- FormSF1449 Updated Made an correction on the Site Visit day which is: SITE VISIT WILL BE AS FOLLOWS: TUESDAY August 14, 2018 from 1:00pm 2:00pm or 3:00pm - 4:00pm EST AT Department of Commerce, 1401 Constitution Avenue N.W., Washington, D.C. 20230-0001 TO REGISTER FOR THE SITE VISIT CONTACT - Patrick McGirt at: pmcgirt@doc.gov The purpose of this requirement is to acquire water treatment and testing services for the air conditioning chiller systems and heating hot water systems in the HCHB, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, management, supervision, materials, chemicals, supplies, and equipment to perform the water treatment services as described in the Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance is: September 1, 2018 through August 31, 2019.
