- Combined Ordering Data Sheets corresponding with CLIN 0001 - CLIN 0025. Solicitation RFQ N4523A-18-Q-4269 The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS) Contracting Office (Code 440) is issuing this solicitation N4523A-18-Q-4269 for various Threading Inserts, End Mills, Chamfer Mills, and Rough End Mills. This requirement is intended to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial supply contract to be delivered 09/07/2018. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (100%) solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 333515), with a Small Business Size Standard of 500. A full description of all requirements associated with this requirement is provided in the corresponding Ordering Data Sheets (Attachment Combined Ordering Data Sheets CLIN 0001 - 0025). The delivery Date Requested is 07 SEPTEMBER 2018. If you unable to accommodate delivery date, please respond with soonest availability.
