The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) and Northern Arizona VA Health Care System (NAVAHCS) has a requirement for Bread delivery. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS code 311812 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This notice is published to conduct market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), capable of performing the requirements to warrant a socio-economic set-aside or full & open competition. This notice is to identify potential vendors that can provide bread and bread products at a firm-fixed price for five (5) years starting on 10/01/2018 and ending on 09/30/2023. The vendor must be able to deliver fresh bread locally without any problems. All responses to this notice shall include: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, business size, DUNS number (www.dnb.com), list of available products, the geographical location the respondent is able to service. Responses to this notice should be sent electronically to xochipilli.valdivia@va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received by 08/20/18 11:00 AM ET. All contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.SAM.gov.
