(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. INTENT TO SOLICIT ONLY ONE SOURCE The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is VPixx Technologies Inc - 630 boul Clairevue O bureau 301 Sant-Bruno, PQ, J3V 6B4, Canada. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation. (ii) The solicitation number is W911QX-18-Q-0079. This acquisition is issued as an Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-101 (iv) The associated NAICS code is 333316. The small business size standard is $1,000 employees. (v) The following is a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable): CLIN 0001 - one (1) High-frame rate, high temporal-precision, visual perception research-grade video projector. (vi) Description of requirements: The Contractor shall provide frame rate, high temporal-precision, visual perception research-grade video projector (VPX-PRO-5001C) with a frame refresh rate of at least one (1) kilohertz (kHz) grayscale to also include the following. VPX-ACC-6502 Short-throw lens, throw ratio of 1.56 -1.86 : 1, focus range 4.0 - 23 ft VPX-ACC-6020 VPixx LINUX Machine with DisplayPort 1.4 VPX-LCD-1001 LCD LED monitor 24" 1920 x 1080 @120Hz VPX-ACC-3100 RESPONSEPixx handheld with 5 thumb buttons (with LEDs) VPX-ACC-1300 DisplayPort/Thunderbolt to dual-link DVI adaptor VPX-SER-9000 Shipping and handling (vii) Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of order. The performance of the preventative maintenance shall occur a Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. Acceptance shall be performed at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005.
