- TENTATIVE: T-38 Wing Pre-Proposal Conference Details The purpose of the Pre-proposal Conference is to provide Industry with answers to Draft RFP questions. Offeror attendance and participation in the conference is not mandatory. The requirements of the solicitation take precedence over any verbal pronouncements made during the Pre-proposal Conference. The draft RFP is tentatively scheduled to be released on 17 August 2018. Details of any changes on times or dates will be immediately posted as they become known. All briefings, questions and answers asked in the public forum will be publicly listed after the conference to FBO for those unable to attend in person. 30 minute, one-on-one sessions will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please indicate in your RSVP if you'd like a one-on-one session where proprietary questions may be addressed. Place: Weber State Education Building, 2750 University Park Blvd, Layton, UT 84041 Time: 0830-1000 Date: 18 September 2018 RSVP: The Offeror shall send its RSVP to kaitlin.johnson.2@us.af.mil by COB 6 September 2018. The Offeror, to include its teammates and subcontractors, may only bring a maximum of six (6) individuals to the Pre-proposal Conference. Draft RFP Questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, kaitlin.johnson.2@us.af.mil by 06 September 2018.
