- Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: - Provide a copy of the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet, included as Exhibit A; consisting of two pages. - Replace Attachment 2, Pea Ridge Aerial Map; now consisting of two pages. There have been no changes made to the map that was issued with the original solicitation; however, Page 2 was added to show roads within the boundaries of the Park. - Site Visit information. - Opportunities still exist to visit the site and walk thru the locations Monday thru Saturday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 pm. You are asked to contact Nolan Moore at the Park at Phone: (479) 451-8122, ext. 1225 and let him know when you would like to visit the site. When arriving at the Park you will just need to check in with the Visitor Center and then check out at the Visitor Center when you leave so the Park's Law Enforcement knows you have been authorized to be at the contract locations, since those areas are not typically available to the public. - SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE AND TIME IS EXTENDED. The closing date and time for receipt of proposals has been extended. Proposals are to be e-mailed so they are received by the Contracting Officer no later than Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. central time.
