Description

The contractor is United Telephone Company of the Northwest, doing business as CenturyLink, 100 Centurylink Drive, Monroe, LA 71203-2041, for wired telecommunication services. The intent is to replace Yakama Indian Health Center's BPA HHSI248201400053B contract with a purchase order so the period of performance for the base year will be 9/01/2018 to 8/31/2019, with one option year. This will allow for uninterrupted wired telecommunication services for Yakama Indian Health Center in support of direct patient care. This is not a request for quotations.
