- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: F6T0HQ8221AW01 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101, 20 Jul 2018 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change notice 20180629. It is the contractor's responsibility to become familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 323111 with total number of employees not to exceed 500. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001: QTY 500 Metal ball point pens with 141 st SAPR information engraved (like or similar to Andara pen). CLIN 0002: QTY 250 141 ARW SAPR statement journal CLIN 0003: QTY 200 141 ARW SAPR soft grip ice scrapers with brush. CLIN 0004: QTY 500 141 ARW SAPR metal strap carabiner for keys. CLIN 0005: QTY 175 141 ARW SAPR dual service car charger. CLIN 0006: QTY 250 141 ARW SAPR stainless steel alpine vacuum bottle.
