- 05GA0A18Q0036 The Government Accountability office requests quotes for a comprehensive daily newsletter that covers agricultural, farm, and food policy. The resource will allow GAO staff to remain informed about news events affecting EU and US agricultural, farm, and food policy. The purchased resource will also provide information that will assist the GAO in completing Congressionally requested analyses examining Executive Branch programs in agriculture, agri-business, farm development, and food policy. GAO often needs new sources to provide documentary qualitative or quantitative evidence to support their analyses findings. Please see attached solicitation document for further details. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 procedures. GAO intends to award one purchase order with a period of performance starting on 9/1/18. QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON A LOWEST PRICED, TECHINCALLY ACCEPTABLE BASIS. Quote submissions should include sample publications showing the required content and publishing history, along with a copy of vendor Terms & Conditions for GAO Legal review. Questions are due by 4:00pm EST on Thursday, August 16. Quotes are due by 5:00pm on Tuesday, August 21.
