- Trusted Integration - TrustedAgent FISMA and C&A Software and Support Statement of Work It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine on behalf of the Office of the Chief Information Officer to extend the Contract entitled "TrustedAgent FISMA and C&A Software Support" awarded to Trusted Integration, Inc. (incumbent), award number HHSN276201300076U which was competitively awarded. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The bridge contract will extend the services for a 12-month bridge and two successive 12-month options. This extension will allow the Agency to complete the services needs as provided by Trusted Integration since the software will no longer be required. It has been determined that Trusted Integration is the only capable source to acquire continued use of a software solution (TrustedAgent FISMA and Trusted Agent Certification Accreditation (C&A) software) including professional support services that integrates, standardizes, and enhances the existing governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) process and enables NIH to meet the complex and evolving requirements of FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act of 2014 0- FISMA). See attached statement of work for a continuation of services. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals but will be used as part of the market research; the competitive future requirement and the Industry Day data for interested parties. The Government shall consider all responses received within seven days. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish capability to fulfill this requirement. NLM will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Please email responses with the solicitation number in the subject line to Karen D.
