- Combined Synopsis-Solicitation ATCH E PPQ Form ATCH D DWG PSI 27046-22164 ATCH C DWG 22885-D ATCH B QASP ATCH A - PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This procurement will be Unrestricted. The NAICS code is 336611. The solicitation containing the Statement of Work is attached with this notification.
