- RFQ NMFS AKR-18-20815 for professional services to determine the Energetic Requirements and Metabolic Needs of Cook Inlet Beluga Whales Using Animals Managed in Aquaria per the enclosed performance work statement (PWS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for professional services to determine the energetic requirements and metabolic needs of Cook Inlet Beluga whales using animals managed in aquaria for National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Alaska Region (AKR) per the performance work statement (PWS) included in this request for quote (RFQ) NMFS AKR-17-20815 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541620 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
