- FRB Drawings Foundation Drawing Salient Characteristics Clauses and Provisions Combined Combined Synopsis/Solicitation FRB Davit Solas approved Davit for NOAA Ship Hi'Ialakai (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 1305M318QNMAN0069, FRB Davit Solas Approved Davit for NOAA Ship Hi'Ilalakai. The solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 13.5. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 (effective 16 July 2018). (iv) This acquisition is being competed as a total small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 333923, Overhead Traveling Crane, Hoist, and Monorail System, the small business size standard is 1,250 employees.
