- PWS FA487718R0041 Amendment FA487718R0041 Wage Determination 1449 FA487718R0041 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487718R0041 is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99, Defense Circular Number 20171228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2018-0525. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 811213 with a size standard of $11.0 Million or less. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. There was an amendment issued against this solicitation the closeout date has changed. Proposal will be due Friday, 14 September 2018 by 02:00 PM Arizona Local Time. QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED ON TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY AND LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE Any questions pertaining to this acquisition shall be submitted in writing no later than Wednesday, 22 August 2018 by 2:00 PM Arizona Local Time. Written questions shall be sent to SrA Amy Richardson (amy.richardson.3@us.af.mil) and MSgt Bianca Contway (bianca.contway@us.af.mil). NO questions will be considered after close of question due date. It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFP. Proposals will be due to the 355th Contracting Squadron, 3180 S. Craycroft Rd. Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707, Proposals shall be submitted on the SF 1449 via email on Friday, 14 September 2018 by 02:00 PM Arizona Local Time to SrA Amy Richardson (amy.richardson.3@us.af.mil) and MSgt Bianca Contway (bianca.contway@us.af.mil). It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the quote was received by 355 CONS on time.
