- Limited Source Justification The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to negotiate solely as prescribed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b)(i), with Vitec, Incorporated 2200 Century Parkway, NE Suite 900 Atlanta, Georgia 30345-3150. The contractor shall provide (24) VITEC MGW Ace HEVC Encoders and off-site annual maintenance phone support. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or solicitation. This is a special notice to notify the general public of the Government's intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), sole source contract to Vitec, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334290 and the size standard is $15M. All responses received within seven (7) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), 22 August 2018, to the point of contact listed below.
