- N6893618Q0264 Solicitation Amendment To provide Questions and Answers and extend response date to 8/20/2018, 5pm, PST. EMI Testing of 2 each TMX Units. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competitive basis this requirement for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Testing of two (2) each TMX Units in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. Complete details can be found in the Solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Please respond to Christine Beltramo, by email to christine.r.beltram1@navy.mil, fax to (760) 939-3095, or mail to Commander, NAWCWD Code 254600D, Attn: Christine Beltramo, 1 Administration Circle, MS 1303, China Lake, CA 93555-6100. Quotations are preferred via email. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration. More information can be found at www.gsa.gov/samupdate. Contractors must have a current COMSEC Account due to the nature of this testing or their proposal will not be accepted. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
